Before I even started at MJ Freeway, one of the CEO's that I interviewed with almost made me decide not to work here because of how condescending and rude she was. Turns out that's exactly how she is all the time and the whole company knows it.
These people have no idea how to run a business. I have never seen such a massive cluster of inefficiency at a company in my entire life. They constantly lie to customers about the software and have major software outages and hacks. This place is truly a disaster.
Like others have said here, no matter how much you do for this company your work will go unnoticed and you will just be told what you are doing isn't good enough. Its a shame because while I worked there I noticed a lot of people really cared about this company (including myself), which is hard to find.
This place is literally a circus and nothing ever seems to be done right. Some of the things that go on within the company seem to be based off very unintelligent decisions. I'm really not sure how they've made it this far.
Stay far away from this company, don't waste your time... not that they are hiring anyone right now because the company is literally burning to the ground as I write this review.
I feel bad for the investors.
