      Listen your feedback when you have something to say and that is taken care of. So you have good position to convey

      No big staff, Company orations are not as such good. So need to get improvement on it

      Pros

      Great management that treats us like adults. They are almost like family and I look forward to going into work every day with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

      Cons

      long hours. Many times we have to work weekends and holidays to meet projected quotas. These are unreasonable. My colleague had to open up a salon to make ends meet
