      no any best reason they hav really worest company

      they treat employess as slaves keep pressing u wth work, they give targets everyday if target finsh then only u move 2 home. whn joing time they say timings 9 to 7, after join u hav 2 knw tat was 9 to 9 till whole night also u hav 2 saty whole night and finish work, and saturday offs before joing they say all sat off, but they will call u all saturday. so much work pressure u never tollerate so please avoid is better 4r ur carrier, its 200% FACT

      Nothing, I would rate 0. In every department they have to improve.

      Cons

      * Company has a policy called VPP (variable pay program) which is applied to all employees where they are not going to return. * Too many deduction from salary for silly reasons and salary will not be credited on date. * Mangers are money minded, greedy, no technical knowledge only politics and should be well trained. * No work culture, poor project management and work load and mental pressure is more. * Freshers should serve two years bond, submit documents and work like slaves. * No respect (harassment) towards employees, especially toward female employees. * Only company and mangers growth and no employee growth and benefits, can be fired at anytime both fresher and experienced.

      Best for freshers. Best for learning MS Technology. You may see lot of positive reviews here and those are updated by Mgmt.

      Cons

      No Planning. Get Chance to Work 24x7 and No Family and Personal Life. Full of pressures from Mgmt. No Proper Requirement from Mgmt but expect delivery of 3hr work in 10Min. No Good Facility. Worst than Government Organization. No Maturity to Management. Worst Ever Company to work. Salary not provided in time.
