+ nice offices + positive work atmosphere + nice location + great canteen + covers a divers range of businesses + used to be market leader
Cons
- not able to cope with the results of financial crisis - senior management to elevated from normal worker - to many managers - chaotic organisational structure - too traditional to think outside the box - politics play a great role in your advancement, e.g. how long you are at the company, know the right people etc.
