      Interesting product but a lot of tension

      Pros

      Insights into many different industries, travel and a good benefit package. Product range is state of the art and fun for mechanical engineers.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure and tension from management, while having limited decision power for being successful. Too much internal politics. Amount of work puts work-life balance in danger.
