Where to start! Management are a shambles, there’s no vision or direction from anyone, they sit in secret meetings never communicating with their staff, one ‘director’ is a complete bully and belittles his staff in front of everyone. The whole office is demotivated and angry, it’s the worst working environment in terms of motivation and productivity that I’ve ever come across. The workload is so uneven, the management team pile work onto some people to the point they go off with stress and you have others with doing nothing. Roles are not at all well defined, there’s no communication between teams within the department, there are no formal processes for doing ANYTHING and so nothing gets done well and all that happens is finger pointing and the blame game when it all hits the fan. This is honestly the worst place I have ever worked and there is so much denial from those in charge that it will never get better until there is a big shakeup in the management team.

I can't think of anything major that needs to be addressed.
