      Pros

      Very innovative company. Encourages entreprenuership yet has a long term strategy. Expanding geographically. Nothing is impossible. Great colleagues. Excellent track record of growth. Sales is rewarded.

      Cons

      Efforts are not always valued. Not always clear link between performance and pay. Difficult to make career unless one is trainee or MBA. Many silos especially between regions.

      If you like to get your hands on the most up to date technology, then this is a great place for you.

      Cons

      internal processes are very Wild wild west. The lack of processes for incident, problem, request, and change management make it difficult to ensure quality of work, and gauge your success within the organization.
