      Loved the team I worked with, as we were all in the same boat Free food Training is simple and it's easy to get in

      Cons

      Contracted 20 hours a week but was scheduled 40+ most weeks, with no way to reduce my hours without loosing the job Low pay Tips not in cash were never given to staff

      The colleagues are nice and helpful

      Cons

      Micromanagement, low salaries, a CEO who does not respect employees, frequent yelling, and the use of swear words. One star is too generous for this company.

      Pros

      The workload was manageable at the reception. Managers were supportive.

      Cons

      As many places in hospitality, the restaurant was often understaffed. This led managers to hire staff from agencies which wouldn't have sufficient knowledge of the restaurant to significantly help the permanent staff.
