For name sake company is a MNC but runs like proprietary company, one person controls whole company, If he doesn't like employee face the same day he will be fired with no reason To survive you have be like slave to your line manager, Dirty politics in every department, only friends and family members are the staff, other will be overloaded in work or will be thrown to project site far from family with no facilities, if you do not agree their wish you will be fired immediately with no reason, Final settle will not be done and those employees escalate to Germany and have contact with group heads will get after struggle.
