      Ok but not brilliant needs a lot of change to take to next level

      Pros

      People are really nice and there is good autonomy to allow you do be able to do your work and embed changes needed.

      Cons

      Can be too centric around soapworks and support services need to think broader about how they support staff in the framework. Lack of development opportunities and pay progression no clarity. Annual PDRS are not done well and no clear objectives to drive a culture of career progression.
