      Not paid on time, no answer or calls back

      After not being paid on time I don't want to discuss any pros.

      Cons

      Online my check stub is available but they did not direct deposit my paycheck to my account on the scheduled date. I have never worked for a company that did not pay me on time or answer the phone for days. I'm starting to think the company went out of business or something?

      They play with employees career

      They have 2 offices in India... In Delhi NCR office they change staff in every 3 month...they hire people and they fire people...they play with their career...they don't realize the consequence of this that they are ruining employee resume and their credibility. Pethatic company to work with

      There is nothing good about them..first they should change the people who are sitting on top management.
