      Interview process was very clear, well prepared and interactive. Everyone I have met at MX so far has been very smart, kind and helpful.

      Culture is EVERYTHING to MX and a way of life, not just some gimmick to entice people to come work for them unlike other companies.

      Cons

      Onboarding process seems a little long but and a lot of growing pains when first starting.
