Great products, excellent reputation, can-do attitude from employees, excellent staff.

Cons

New management arrived recently. Hiring all their old buddies, none of which have any experience of this type of company. Massive salaries for new managers. Senior positions only advertised externally. Bonus system has not been paid for 6 months. Massive staff churn.

A friendly SME working environment, with ambitions to be a leading UK manufacturer. The wide scope of projects and products gives flexibility and potential career growth.

Cons

Occasionally cost saving exercises became ridiculous, at the cost to moral. Also if you travel over from Bristol/M4/M5 every day the Severn bridge is very expensive.
