Overworked, under appreciated, low morale. Very disconnected from the employees. Company is trying to operate a world class enterprise data center on a shoestring budget. Lots of gaps in support, delivery, implementation. Which leaves us to pick up the slack. Literally doing jobs not in my skill set. Hired for a specific roll, only to find it a dumbed down version of incident handling much like a call center.

Where to begin? CEO is smart but focused on getting acquired instead of fixing internal problems. There are big transparency issues throughout many departments. You can expect to find out you have a new manager the day he starts. The sales team is a mess and losing people faster than they can hire. OTE is a lie and compensation is much lower than what you will be told to expect. Management does not take any feedback whatsoever. Very few, overworked engineers. CSTs are poorly trained. CRO micromanages and bullies all departments, not just his own.
