Cons
1) If you are a fresher, you need to write the bond for 2 years. 2) If you are non-Appian, unsure when you can get laid off without any reason (There are not other great projects because all clients of Machint are start ups and non paying entities and so there were around 7 Android, iOS lay off's recently because of lack of business but not based on their performance) 3) Stocks, variable pay you will be getting only if you stay for 1+ years. But remember they are not listed stocks and no one knows the face value and they are not worth it. 4) There are many recruitments recently and all are going to work as staff augmented resources because Machint has tied up with staff augmented company lancesoft. I pity those resources who are going to join Machint because once the staff augmented project is over and if there is no business need, they will definitely get laid off. Recently a policy wording was added in HR handbook that if there is no business need, resources can be laid off with just one week notice. 5) Salaries were not paid on 30th of every month and some resources get their salaries on 5th and some on 7th and some on 15th and some higher paid people will get after a month. Please check on the attrition rate currently and ask why people are leaving. 6) PF will not be credited into your EPF account. Some people for last financial year still didn't get their PF credited from Machint. 7) Income tax will be cut from your salary every month but they are not deposited to Income Tax department for this financial year so far. 8) Policies keep changing every day which shows they are concerned more about business than people. 9) You don't get enough infrastructure like Macbooks for iOS projects or even a data cable when requested. 10) You need to work hard daily and if you take an hour break, you will be treated as not working even though you have been spending 12-13 hours daily. Limited resources and will get milked more work from individuals but not enough recognition. 11) People who have left in March, they didn't get their full and final settlement yet. I am writing this in Dec. As per policy, it will be settled within 2 months but that's not what is happening. 12) Finally, there are no values in the organization and there is no working culture because of the immaturity.
