I have worked for Macro for a year and I know that I really belong here. Management shows genuine caring toward each person on the team, frequently seeking feedback about work and how we could be better supported.

Cons

The administrative team and company infrastructure are playing catchup to the growth of the company.

Pros

I've been a government contractor for eleven years, with three contracting firms, and Macro is the best one by far. Macro seeks knowledgeable people with a willing attitude and it's their selectivity in their hiring that created the best work environment for me. Our new, hand-picked team now works together toward our goals, with none of the divisiveness that existed within the team in the past.

Cons

I have no cons to report. Excellent company. Well-managed. Great benefits.
