Laid back atmosphere and good pay.
Cons
Dirty job as it is a factory (you will have black grease on you all the time as it is everywhere), not respected for your work, inexperienced mangement who likes to micromanage because they have no trust in their employees abilities/skills, high turnover, no support to continue career growth, no raises, and vibe can be "clicky" at times with certian people. People here sometimes have no issue being completely hot headed and rude to you. Even from upper management.
