Cons
At times very hectic and high workload - requires overtime, ability to be flexible with working hours Urgent request handling might be stressfull in case developers are not available outside working hours Not everything is communicated openly, some behind the back conversations and decision making is present especially related to staff matters - people just come and go and it is treated as nothing happened Due to high workload there is limited support during onboarding, trainings, daily work Some colleagues (developers) are treating work as hobby, not showing up on time or at all which unfortunatly is tolerated given current market situation and demotivates employees who are actually working as people suppose to - according to the agreement and code of conduct Great place for people with no experience especially if they show good progress and results - company is giving chance to them and actually rewarding top performers
