There are none in Magic Bus. This will be clear within five days of the new employee joining the organisation.

Cons

Every monday the management gets into telephonic calls. The meeting ends at 12 noon. Just after this meeting the blame game starts in the regional offices. Blame will invariably be shifted to the implementation team with the training and other teams meekly following orders. The program manager is held responsible for most of what ails Magic Bus even if at least one third of their staff is not paid their salaries and allowances in time.
