      -> Salary on time never faced a delay

      Cons

      -> Management is Toxic -> HRs are not honest -> Increment are always late. -> Management think they are smart and employee are stupid. They took away 3-4 month of increment , In name of restructuring increment cycle from April to July. -> Toxic Management ->Managers think that they are very smart and team doesn't understand their tactics -> Have seen people are asked to leave the very same day. This happens just before the appraisals this is a trend
