      Third class company

      Pros

      Good infrastructure and gives bus facility. Timings are 8 to 5.

      Cons

      Very poor work done over here that can be done by a fifth sixth class student also. Hire on contract basis and give poor salaries. All level employees has same tasks to do. Most poor company.

      Pros

      Friendly, welcoming company. Had the opportunity to develop and own my own projects, lots of flexibility and guidance. Supported by excellent people and helped them achieve their goals too. I enjoyed my time at Magic and would recommend the company

      Limited opportunities for progression in a regional sales office; not the company's fault.

      Black stain on the name of software company.

      Looking good from outside. No pros at all.

      Cons

      This company treats every employee(except manager and lead) as its slave. When will a person seating besides you will be told to resign no body knows. So even if you dont have any job then dont join this company. Since on the name of work, lead and manager will so much traumatized you that can lead to put you on the verge of depression. you can loose your mental balance. Whichever and whoever are giving more than 3 star on glassdor, all are from HR. No previous or even current employee can give this company even 2 star. So guys be aware before joining this company.
