Pros
Employees are great. Everyone gets along and works together to accomplish goals. Atmosphere is casual.
Cons
Upper management does not care about employees and takes advantage of their willingness to work long, hard hours to meet deadlines. Recognition is nonexistent and raises are rare. Ethics are questionable.

Pros
The people are hard working and fun to work with. I believe they have a great product.
Cons
Upper management has had a complete turnover and are under the control of an international owner. The management style is Micro Management. Expectations are very high but offer no concrete directives. Job descriptions are undefined.
