      Pros

      Support for teacher development and food is occasionally provided for meetings & PDs. Other teachers and staff as well as some students were great to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of meaningful discipline to the point where I did not feel safe at this school, lack of teacher autonomy, 55% minimum grade policy, and micromanaging admin. I don't know about other school sites but my site had high teacher turnover and it is not hard to see why.
