      - Flexible Schedule Considering Event Demands - Supportive upper mgmt - Fun! Working with weddings and corporate events

      - Demanding Events Schedule (to be expected) - Working Weekends (to be expected) - Not a lot of potential for upward movement (financial growth a huge incentive)

      Always paid on time. Draw can be requested

      Leadership is standoffish and judgy. Not including Daniela. Daniela is super helpful and friendly. The environment was very competitive.

      Kitchen team was great. Some of the best workers here.

      Cons

      Management on the other hand was shady and never understood how the kitchen worked. Never appreciated all the hard work the kitchen was putting in.
