If you want a job which utilises your skills and expertise, pays you a wage which reflects your experience and knowledge and make you feel worth something, go somewhere else. Constantly watching your back in case you get made redundant, your skills and expertise get undermined by people who are less technical than yourself, you become a PA function to the sales team and basically get called "wrong" and "incorrect" when you raise these concerns to management. The words that this company speak are not matched by the actions they take to the point you begin to question your own abilities. And don't even bother expecting to get paid the salary that your certifications, qualifications, expertise and experience should be expected to bring.
