      Pros

      MDC has a well-established system in place with clearly defined job responsibilities. Salaries are paid on time, and it provides a great training ground for gaining exposure to the construction industry.

      Cons

      There are too many roll-outs happening simultaneously—sometimes a new one is introduced before the previous one is even fully implemented. There are also excessive meetings, and the salary is relatively low.

      I had a good exposure in construction practices.

      Cons

      Project Manager does not really entertain/welcome interns much. They do not take charge of us. No pay.
