      MAKO has been the guiding pathway for me in my career. It has taught me many things apart from my job role, best place to kickstart your career, grow your career, learn and develop more skills. Especially, people in MAKO are lovely, and will help you in every way to grow you.

      Pros

      Mako IT Lab is a great place for junior designers to start their careers. They offer interesting projects and flexible work hours.

      Cons

      As an experienced designer, I found limited opportunities for growth. There was no team collaboration with 3-4 designers, and tight project timelines often meant skipping important UX research. Communication could be improved, as meetings were often conducted in Tamil instead of English. Additionally, the manager lacks knowledge of current design principles, making it challenging to learn new skills.
