      great culture, felt like one big family

      the US shut us down with no warning, everyone was overworked and doing more jobs than they should have along with some employees having their fingers in more pies than they should have been. Communication from the US knowing we were being shut down was zero. No warning, no chances to improve, they simply let the brand run into the ground and then vanished in about 12 hours. website and everything was down for 2/3 months, they were deleting or hiding instagram comments from UK customers chasing orders or asking questions
