I really enjoy working in a relaxed environment (business casual dress, office dog, etc.). There's a friendly atmosphere and innovative ideas and opinions are valued and are taken into consideration. Hard work is noticed and acknowledged.
Cons
The Company is still some-what new, and the expectations are high.
