      Great ideas and work for helping companies recruit diverse talent

      Cons

      The company is financially unstable (critically). Unclear about its future. Lack of respect for employees. Managers are bullies and passive- aggressive. Some managers don't bother to talk to their employees. Sadly, it is a very unhealthy place to work.

      Mission is empowering and inspiring. The org is filled with a diverse group of thought leaders and change-makers who work hard to serve its fellows, alumni, and partners.

      Cons

      despite being an organization that focuses heavily on workplace culture, MLT falls victim to some of the very issues it aims to address. (lack of advancement and promotion opportunities, pay disparities, poor leadership/managment, team silos, unclear job roles)
