      former ceo preach an open culture and walks the talk but this is now a distant past

      Cons

      current ceo and board stage a facade of manufactured openness and transparency. culture is lip service, never practice in reality. daunting work place with a bunch of self serving sanctimonious politicians.

      Wouldnt read the other reviews so clearly written by senior members. The culture is toxic, claim openess but has the politics of a large organization with directors spending money on grass walls rather than improving conditions. An absolute joke of a firm
