Positive environment for knowledge and growth!
Pros
When I started working at Mandelbaum Salsburg a little over a year ago I had very limited legal knowledge. I was placed in the Elder Law department with no idea of what to expect or how to be successful in my position due to my lack of experience...it was a huge shift and transition for me! Mandelbaum took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge in an office setting and in an area of law. I have become fluent in basic topics of Elder Law and Probate matters which is a significant difference from not knowing what "probate" or "intestate" meant just a year ago. They practice patience in a fast-paced environment which allows me to continuously learn and grow as a young professional!
Cons
I wouldn't consider this a con but the world of Law is ever changing as is technology. We are not using the newest systems but the firm is working in the direction to get us there!
