      Pros

      Good pay, great managers and challenging work. I'm surrounded by smart people that care about me and my development. My input and feedback is appreciated.

      Personally, I haven't found any cons to speak of. However, some might not like the high expectations and fast-paced environment.

      Very family oriented company. Laid back and chill. Very little foot traffic in the office.

      Cons

      Sometimes too reserved. I had to cover up my tattoos and none are even obscene or very exposed.
