Manhattan Atlanta is a fast growing region with a lot of support from corporate and plenty of opportunities to grow. Leadership is involved in each project for support.

Cons

Fast growth can leave gaps in support where employees are expected to pick up extra work. Overtime work is often needed to complete assigned tasks.
