Committed team members working hard in their roles
Cons
This was a major force in the UK auction market, however senior management arrivals over recent years has weakened its position against its rivals. Poor leadership & decision making, micro management and a constant change of direction makes this a challenging place to work.

Management ebb and flow like the tides and each change processes, procedures and destroy morale.
