I have been working in Manras from a long time. Following are my observations: 1. The organization operates at a fast pace so there are a lot of opportunities to work on a variety of Salesforce features, including new ones. 2. Good career growth opportunities. 3. Flexiblity in terms of work location. 4. Freedom to suggest and discuss your own solutions. 5. The colleagues and management are supportive. 6. Friendly work environment. 7. Can interact with the CEO directly. He is also technically well-versed with Salesforce so one gets to learn a lot. 8. Salaries are always paid on time.

The work pressure can be high at times.
