      Pros

      Depending who you get, they have some great managers. Some of the people in HR are really there for you (most have been fired now). If you stay on good graces of executive management, you will never be let go.

      Cons

      Salaries are low. Executives are highly paid and do not care about employees. They also can't agree on anything, on will make a promise then another will contradict. Their future outlook is bleak. They let too many good employees slip through the cracks and get rid of the good ones.

      The owners roll their sleeves up; Most of leadership empathize enough and care for employees' work/life balance outwardly; Opportunities for personal development are endless if employees remain objective and open; Knowledge to be learned around every corner; Serious potential to learn from some of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Turnover and knowledge loss leading to technical skills gaps which stifle the business' growth; "Hurry up and wait" mentality, which drives turnover; Ineffective communication methods; Sacred Cows: "want to eat the steak, without taking the cow to the butcher." Major program and process gaps.

      * Still some good people working there, some of them lifers, willing to lend you a hand and help you out if you ask and are willing to work * Work with customers and products from a wide variety of industries

      Cons

      * Lack of focus/direction * Top-heavy * Office politics * High turnover
