A Great place to make a career and make a change if you wish to
Pros
The best reason to work here is being treated as an equal and an adult. For people who have believe they are talented and are here to make a mark, this is an awesome place to work. Folks who love fast paced start-up culture would find this place amazing. Folks who are just looking for a just another job and are looking for free -riding would find it difficult to stay here. People discuss objectives, make their own weekly monthly plans for contribution - and achieve it. Freedom to express and start a new initiative is the key to their DNA. Leadership is supportive and leads from the front. Get their hands dirty to mentor, train or even do tasks together with the very entry level employees. They go till the extent of funding your courses if you want to expand your skillset.
Cons
Personally, they are open to hear any suggestions and quickly take action to resolve anything that might be bothering the employees. I have been supported throughout my tenure. Unfortunately I had to leave to follow my goals in entrepreneurship. The only Con I see (for me, maybe not others) are the floating holidays. You decide when you want to take off. I was so used to the Indian fixed holiday calendar that I could not transition to this take leave as per your own wishes and ended up not taking 10 leaves in the year. Only 7 were carried forward. So that can be one con.
