Cons
Lots of older people who've been there for decades with bad attitudes who want to tell you what to do. Never an open bathroom because employees hide in them to play on their phones. I was judged for wearing athletic pants and told not to wear them again because I looked inappropriate..all while a lady wearing skin tight jeans walked right by. Pay is a joke. I quit after 4 days. Not the company for me.
The company employs a lot of really great people. I'm glad to say I have many friends that I stay in touch with, even after leaving employment. There are valuable skills to be learned here if you're working towards a skilled trade job.
Cons
A lot of turn over here. Low wages are a surprise considering you're helping build a multi-million-dollar luxury motor coach. And raises are near to non-existent. The company won't do anything to keep you, they have lots of warm bodies coming through the door.
There is no career advancement here. The job you take is the job you'll have for your entire time of employment.
