2 free frames a year even if we give away so much for free to others…

Cons

No good benefits besides that you got couple of frames I.e no health insurance etc Management is a disgrace. Had no CFO for a year almost and they sacked the CEO. Huge turnover of staff as the workload is high and they refuse to hire more staff. Salary is based how long you stay in the company - not what you do. Been bullying incidents where they don’t follow protocol. 5 different team leads/managers in 2 years. The list can go on forever…

The whole people’s company philosophy is on paper only. Episodes of bullying and harassment in UK. HR almost not existent. Alleged love affairs and favouritism between directors and executives.

Lovely team in the office who are very supportive. Incredible marketing department.

Cons

Unless you’re carrying the Tom Ford brand, success can be challenging. The company operates with outdated systems and processes. Senior leadership, particularly the Sales Director, demonstrates limited industry knowledge, resulting in unrealistic and often unachievable sales targets, micromanaging is common. The sales team lacks cohesion and collaboration, with minimal teamwork and engagement. Unfortunately, there is also a noticeable level of internal politics and lack of support among colleagues. No team work!
