      Great people, poor team

      Work load is very light Pay is ok Benefits are good Site is nice

      Cons

      The company had been through a lot of changes, some aren't adjusting well. The link between "upstairs" and "downstairs" is somewhat broken. There is a lot of negative feelings going round. Style fundamental problems in the way the company is managed/run just make the negativity worse.

      Generally, the people are incredibly friendly and easy going.

      Cons

      In my experience, if you are happy to do the same job day in and day out, then this is for you. You have a job role, and as long as you fulfil that role, then job done. On the other hand, if you are mover and shaker, a dynamic individual who wants to make a change, then perhaps this is not for you. Upset senior management and you are out in the blink of an eye.
