I thoroughly enjoy working for MA Healthcare, the team are very professional yet personable. The HR team and management are also very understanding and supportive. I hope I will grow with the company and continue my career here for the long haul!

- They get rid of people and give their workload to you without paying you anymore - Treat staff like they are dispensable - Suspicious and untrusting of people working from home - Many middle managers who have no power - London office is cramped, old fashioned and run down. - Not enough holiday - Big gender pay gap favouring men - The COO is bad tempered, rude, aggressive whenever you try and bring up any problems and has absolutely no people skills - They acquire so many companies and plonk the new people down in the new office without any ceremony/social event so people can get to know each other. - The result is a company without any culture and an office full of strangers
