The London office is sufficiently far away that we don´t have to deal the volatility of senior management of NY.

Cons

Senior management doesn´t deserve the title of management, tyrant would be a better description, There's absolutely no documentation to do your job properly.

business development = 0 leadership = 0 culture = toxic results = 0 handful of people know what they're doing - tech/ops side. haven't sold to a single soul for years and talking like they've been running tesla :D laughable
