Mon-Fri work week 9am-5pm 1.5hr breaks High pay but this is going to be reduced soon

Constant micro-managing Cold calling from 9am-5pm excluding the breaks High targets not taking into account the fact that you're cold calling Release staff without a chance to improving No proper training provided Scripted calling The manager will have a laugh with you but also throw you under the bus any opportunity she gets

No pros at all in the Milton Keynes office.

Cons

Lack of progression. Commission Structure is poor. Poor Management. Only 20 days holiday. Training was very boring and not specific to the UK. Limited learning resources.
