Absolutely terrible company culture

Pros

Work from home and pretty decent pay

Cons

Micro management and sales targets are crazy and unreasonable. The culture is so bad that during the 2 years I was there, I have seen on average 1-2 employees every few months resign which is a true testament to how toxic the place is. They ask employees to leave 5 star reviews, pretty sure most of the good reviews are fake. Their sales tactics are extremely pushy and unprofessional, and there is no career progression here. The pay is decent but HR benefits are minimal and the company is super cheap.

Pros

- Work at Home - Compensation based on Performance/KPI - Agile work environment

Cons

- Mismatch between the number of products and sales revenue - Admin workload - Lack of long tenure employees (which push existing employees to leave as well as they need to take over what is left behind) - Lack of internal supports for team building
