      Pros

      Working at Markit has been a rewarding experience. The company truly stands out because of the great, dedicated people; values that our Markiteers truly live by; and support from the management and colleagues which really helps navigate the challenges and support my professional and personal growth.

      Cons

      I have never experienced such a healthy work environment before. I have no cons to point out.

      Pros

      Markit is an amazing company truly based on values. Respect for all Markiteers and sincere drive to help our clients and the whole environment while bringing transparency and efficiency to the IT channel makes Markit a true market leader, growing double digit every single year.

      Cons

      None from my standpoint. It might not be a nice fit for someone looking for an internal ladder to climb. Markit internal hierarchy is quite flat and everyone's professional growth is based on her and her team results.
