      No work home life/ balance No reward scheme Low hourly rate BULLY Boy tactics used on staff PRESSURED to work days off on low overtime rate and no shift allowance or THREAGHTENED with payoffs Only negatives recognised Not listened to only shouted at Overall negative atmosphere caused by management running of place Changes made to shift times ect with no regard to employees home life commitments
