      Don’t get blinded by OTE or a company car

      Pros

      Dont need much gcses/work experience to get in. Even industry experience

      Cons

      They will change the pay structure at will. For not hitting targets you will get paid as little as £55 for selling a car. Company cars will be given out to problem customers and your tax will fluctuate based on the car they give you. Long hours and 6 days a week including some sundays and every Saturday. Not much help once you get out if training pretty much sink or swim. This is Marshall Audi South East London experience
