Mission We’re not just on a journey - we also like to think that we’re on a pretty important mission, too.
Our strategy is to continue leading the way as a global retailer in travel essentials for the world’s travelling customer.
It’s our purpose that really makes us stand out as a retailer: to make every one of life’s journeys better.

Our goals
We’re the kind of business that always thinks a little bit bigger. Which means our future looks something like this: even more prime locations and brand new and exciting store concepts for all kinds of customers in all kinds of places around the world.

To make that happen, we’re continuing to build our presence, partnering with brands like M&S and Costa Coffee, and creating even more ways to help our customers find whatever they need.

Put simply, we’re channeling our energy and excitement into going even further, even faster, when it comes to making every journey better.
Description Over the last 230 years we’ve grown and evolved into a leading global retailer with 5,000 colleagues in over 30 countries and more than 1,200 stores, that are split roughly 600 in our UK travel business and the rest in our global markets across the world.
Our family of businesses and partnerships is now bigger than you might imagine. And because we’re growing fast and constantly evolving our offer, it’s a really exciting time to get onboard and be a part of this next stage of our journey.
So, if this sounds like your kind of journey, we’d love you to join us!
