      Good central office location. A strong desire to modernise. The Chief Executive clearly cares for the business and its people.

      Cons

      Feels like an old-boys club at times. There was a negative atmosphere most of the time. Management techniques and style often questionable.

      Smart colleagues. No micro managing. Middle and back office staff are excellent. Good work life balance. Supportive of further education. Frequent charity participation.

      Cons

      Executive management team has not changed for a long time. Needs fresh blood. Policy changes can be top down and sudden. No longer independent and employee-owned.
